Pak 888 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Pak 888 ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your use of the Pak 888 website, mobile interface and all associated gaming and betting services.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact Pak 888 support immediately at support@pak888.biz. We will take prompt action to secure your account pending investigation.

• One account per person, household or device.
• All registration details must match your official government ID.
• Account sharing is prohibited.
• Pak 888 may verify your identity using third-party verification services.
• Accounts used for money laundering or fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and reported to relevant authorities.

Pak 888 operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by Pak 888, though your payment provider may apply their own standard charges separately.

Supported deposit methods at Pak 888 include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before the bonus component of your balance can be withdrawn.
• Pak 888 reserves the right to perform enhanced identity verification for withdrawals above Rs 50,000.

All bets placed on Pak 888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game or market. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform. The following general betting rules apply across all Pak 888 products:

• A bet is only accepted when Pak 888 confirms receipt. You will receive a bet reference number as confirmation of an accepted bet.
• Pak 888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game settings, Pak 888 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price and settle at the correct price, or to offer a refund of the original stake.
• Where a sporting event is postponed or abandoned, Pak 888 will apply the settlement rules published for that specific sport and market. PSL matches subject to the DLS method are settled on the official result.
• The maximum payout on a single bet at Pak 888 is Rs 5,000,000 unless otherwise communicated in specific market rules.
• Bets placed after an event has started through a live market are valid provided the bet was confirmed by Pak 888's system before the relevant event within the match concluded.
• For virtual sports at Pak 888, results are determined by certified RNG. All results are final once the event animation has completed.

Pak 888 uses sophisticated fraud detection systems to monitor betting patterns. Any account showing activity consistent with matched betting, arbitrage abuse, bonus abuse or collusion may have bets voided and the account suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pak 888. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and impersonation — using false identity documents, impersonating another person or providing false information during verification.
• Money laundering — using Pak 888 to process, conceal or transfer funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players — sharing information, coordinating bets or acting in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.

• Multiple accounts — holding more than one Pak 888 account for any reason.
• Underage gambling — allowing or facilitating anyone under the age of 18 to access your Pak 888 account or place bets.

Pak 888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or a player's own request for self-exclusion.

If your Pak 888 account is suspended as part of a routine verification process and you subsequently pass that process, your account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed. If your account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance associated with the breach may be forfeited.

You may close your Pak 888 account at any time by contacting support at support@pak888.biz. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, provided all Terms have been complied with.

All content on the Pak 888 platform — including but not limited to the Pak 888 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Pak 888 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Pak 888 content without prior written authorisation from Pak 888. This includes, but is not limited to, screen-recording game sessions for commercial use, scraping odds data for commercial redistribution, or replicating any element of the Pak 888 interface on third-party websites.

Pak 888 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical failures, internet outages or force majeure events.

Pak 888's total liability to any individual player in respect of any single event or claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their Pak 888 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Pak 888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from reliance on information provided on pak888.biz. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights under applicable Pakistani consumer law.

Pak 888 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable and controlled form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all Pak 888 account holders:
